Turnkey contract for building and ground works for a biogas plant. The contract includes the construction of a process hall with an administration section as well as other process buildings, and foundation works for tanks. The contract includes building electrical installation work and HVAC and sanitary installations. The contract also include all external technical infrastructure, roads, places and landscaping. The Foundation contract G1 is subject to execution. However, some blasting and foundation works must be expected. The planned start-up is the summer of 2022 and completion by the turn of the year 2024/2025.

Justification for cancellation The contracting authority has reviewed the submitted applications. The contracting authority has ascertained that none of the submitted applications cover the most important competence areas in this contract. The applications for pre-qualification must include documentation of who the applicant will rely on for central competence areas that the tenderer does not have in its organisation. Furthermore, tenderers must document by a commitment statement that they can use the necessary resources in the entities that they will rely on, cf. the described prerequisites and documentation requirements in the invitation to the pre-qualification and the public procurement regulations, section 16.10. A completed ESPD form must be attached for these entities. The announced contest for contract B1 is cancelled as none of the applicants met the qualification requirement 'tenderers must have sufficient capacity'.
