A framework agreement will be signed for surgical and examination lamps for the health companies in Helse Sør-Øst. Tenderers must offer LED surgical and/or examination lamps, with the accompanying additional equipment, consumables, and service contracts. We would like surgical and examination lamps with flexibility as regards movement, focussing, and depth lighting, in order to get the optimum light for the operator.
The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts. 1 Surgical lamps and 2 examination lamps.
The value of the framework agreement is estimated to be 200 surgical lamps (single and duo lamps), and 415 examination lamps. The maximum need for surgical lamps (single and duo lamps) is 250 and 500 examination lamps. This volume is based on available statistics and estimated consumption, and must be considered as a guideline only. It is not binding for the Contracting Authority nor Customers. In addition the contracting authority would like an option for service contracts and courses.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement will be valid for two (2) years, with options for a further one year at a time (1+1+1+1), total six (6) years.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Tenders are wanted for service contracts (total contract and preventive maintenance), as well as an optoin for a service course for medical-technical personnel. The contracting authority will have a unilateral right, but not a duty to take up the options.
