A framework agreement will be entered into that will cover NAV's need for video communication solutions during the contract period. The framework agreement will primarily cover:
- solution for virtual meeting room for user dialogue, that also has API support
- further development, operation and maintenance of the video conferencing systems
- Supplementing procurement of the Cisco Meeting Room system (Software / Hardware)
- consulting expertise within the discipline
- Interaction with Microsoft Teams with support for current market-leading platforms
- software for information screen solutions (planned as an option)
- meeting room panel (software/hardware) (planned as an option)
- solutions for smart buildings (planned as an option) The combined scope of the procurement during the entire contract period, including options, is estimated to be NOK 40 million - NOK 50 million including VAT. The maximum scope is NOK 60 million including VAT. NAV has assessed the value of the procurement at the time of the announcement, and notes that the scope is non binding for the contracting authority. However, we point out that the solutions the parties arrive at through the dialogue can affect the value of the contract and this can thereby be more or less than the estimate.

Requirement: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian Tenderers: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Foreign Tenderers: Certificate for registration in the Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Norwegian tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Qualification requirements
Tenderers are required to have sufficient financial ability to execute the contract.

Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: A Tax and VAT certificate from the tax authorities, not older than six months calculated from the deadline for requests to participate in the tender contest.
The contracting authority will obtain credit ratings carried out by Experian; see www.Experian.no
If the Tenderer feels that the credit rating will not provide an accurate picture, please send supplementary information together with the qualification application.

Significant experience from similar assignments is required.
A good, well functioning quality assurance system is required.

- Description of the tenderer's technical capacity and professional qualifications. With regard to the capacity, a description of the tenderer's relevant units shall be given. With regard to qualifications, a short overview of the tenderer's general relevant expertise must be given. The personnel proposed for the assignment must not be specified, and CVs must not be submitted.
