21/449 Framework Agreement for Respite Care Services for Children and Youths

Stange kommune

The contest will ensure that the five municipalities have their need covered for respite care services on a 24-hour and hourly basis, and will ensure various respite care services. The respite care can be organised as an ongoing measure, or as special measures during holidays. The services apply to parents of children and youth who, due to reduced functional abilities, have a particular need for respite care, c.f. the Municipal Health and Care Services Act, section 3-6, 2).
6-7 parallel framework agreements will be signed. The assignments will be distributed between the tenderers on the basis of the users' needs.
The child welfare services in Løten and Stange would like an option to use the respite care services. In cases where the child welfare services will be the user of the service, the tenderer must ensure a complete professional and proper respite care offer in accordance with the Child Welfare Services Act.
