Stange Municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a turnkey contract for Hoberg School - construction phase 2.

The contract will be carried out as a turnkey contract. As a basis for the tender documentation, the contracting authority has prepared tender drawings and the requirements specification as a builder-developed turnkey contract. The turnkey contractor will be responsible for all co-ordination and execution at the construction site, as well as all the engineering design services.

A second construction stage is being facilitated at Hoberg School in Bekkelaget, Stange. The construction stage will be carried out in connection with a major expansion of the buildings in the school area, with the aim being to facilitate for three parallel classes from 1st to 7th years. The school is dimensioned for a total of 630 pupils and 60 employees, in addition to the wraparound care with a capacity of 350 pupils.

A new and large school building will be established, which will replace the south-west infants school wing in the existing main building, as well as free-standing buildings in the south west. Parts of the existing buildings will also be renovated. The measure will lead to a simultaneous development of the current outside area, as well as the re-establishment of the access road and main car park.
