ARBEIDS- OG VELFERDSETATEN (NAV)

The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Economy and Management Division, the Procurement Division, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with the procurement of pre-courses for guide dogs, guide dogs, service dogs with associated services.
The objective of the call for tenders is to enter into framework agreements for the purchase of pre-courses for guide dogs and guide dogs for people who are visually impaired or have such poor eyesight that the person in question cannot be guided by sight, as well as a service dogs for people with disabilities.
The agreement is divided into three lots to best meet the needs of the relevant user groups. Each lot is an independent call for tenders.
The detailed contents of the procurement are specified in the tender documentation.

NAV considers that a contract period of 6 years is necessary both for the sake of ensuring effective competition, including achieving the objective of the agreement, for the sake of the provider's investments, and for the sake of the users.
