Kort beskrivelse:
The scope of the contract is based on statistics from the current framework agreement for 2020, the scope is approx. NOK 1 400 000 excluding VAT.
The volume of the service for the municipalities will vary from year to year. The estimated scope in the tender documentation is non binding for the contracting authority, nor does it give any rights to the tenderer. It is meant as an indication of the contract´s size and extent and it will be the municipalities' real need that will always determine what will be spent during the contract period.

The contracting authority reserves the right to go outside the framework agreement for individual procurements over NOK 500 000 excluding VAT. The procurement will then be implemented as a competition and contract suppliers will have the opportunity to participate.

The contracting authority is not obligated to procure a specific quantity of goods in the framework agreement period, furthermore, the framework agreement is not in itself financially binding for the contracting authority.
Only each individual order with a reference to the contract will bind the contracting authority financially.
