Tax and duties

Requirement: Tenderers are required to have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Documented by: A tax and VAT certificate, (not older than six months). Foreign tenderers must present a certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home country, certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled their obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Economic and financial capacity.

Requirement: Sufficient financial solidity is required.

Documentation: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (containing a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g.: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Lindorff or equivalent institutions). If a tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by Vinmonopolet, the tenderer may prove their economical and financial standing with any other document that is acceptable to Vinmonopolet. If a tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact Vinmonopolet in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.

Requirement: Good experience is required from equivalent contracts.

Documentation, proof that the set requirements are met.

A list of the most important deliveries or services performed relevant and comparable for this contest in the past three years, including information on the assignment's scope and content, value, date, and the name of the public or private recipients.
