Kort beskrivelse:
The framework agreement is for work where there is a need to use a shipyard, see the requirements specification.
The shipyard/maintenance period for some of the vessels will be December to January due to the large number of missions in the summer. The contracting authority therefore requires that the tenderer has a hall that can fully or partially take in the vessels so that the maintenance can be carried out regardless of the weather conditions at this time of the year. Thall must either be over a dry dock or the sea. The hull must be protected from the weather when the vessel is docked, so that sandblasting/painting is not affected by the weather conditions.

Shipyard/maintenance time can also be given to vessels in the summer, but due to tight time schedules and obligations, it is decisive that the work is not affected by the weather conditions.
The contracting authority will book a dock at the tenderer at the latest 3 months in advance. The mission plan for the following year, including shipyard stays, will be made available in November. Planned shipyard stays at the start of the year will be agreed with minimum three months notice.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract, including fulfilment of the contractual obligations pursuant to the contract. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy without security and have relevant liability insurance to cover any liability that can occur during the execution of the contract.

Tenderers must substantiate good skills, efficiency, experience, and reliability, as well as sufficient human and technical resources for the execution of this type of assignment, i.e., workshop services for alterations, repairs, and/or maintenance of vessels (ships). Tenderers are required to have good technical and professional qualification to be able to fulfil the assignment.
