This contest is for the procurement of workshop services for replacing hangar gates in the main hangar on board 'Kronprins Haakon', as specified in the tender documentation and annexes.
After the vessel was put into ordinary operations in 2018, it has become apparent that the installed hanger gates do not tolerate seawater, or more specifically, waves that wash over the deck in bad weather. A need has thus arisen to replace the existing hangar gates.
We would therefore like to procure workshop services to replace the hangar gates in the main hangar on the vessel in the period 20 December 2021 to 20 January 2022.

The procurement concerns workshop services to replace the hangar gates in the main hangar on board 'Kronprins Haakon' in the period 20 December 2021 to 20 January 2022, more specifically;
— disassembly and removal of the two (2) existing rolling gates in the main hangar,
— delivery and installation of two (2) new hangar gates in the main hangar as a replacement for the existing rolling gates.
As detailed and specified in the tender documentation and annexes.
As stated above, the procurement concerns the delivery of two (2) new hangar gates for installation in the main hangar on board 'Kronprins Haakon', as specified in the tender documentation and annexes.

Documentation requirement:
As documentation of the tenderer's economic and financial capacity, a credit assessment or rating must be presented, not older than 3 months, based on the last known fiscal figures, which includes, amongst other things, information on the ownership arrangements and payment remarks. The credit assessment/rating must be carried out by a credit information company that has a licence for its activities (e.g. Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, Bisnode etc.). The credit rating must not be worse than A – credit worthy, or equivalent if a different form of assessment/rating is used (number rating).

Tenderers must also present a liability insurance certificate as documentation of relevant liability insurance.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract, including fulfilment of the contractual obligations pursuant to the contract. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy without security and have relevant liability insurance to cover any liability that can occur during the execution of the contract.

Tenderers must provide an overview of the most relevant deliveries of equivalent workshop services, i.e., services for the delivery and installation of major equipment components for the alteration, repair, and/or maintenance of vessels, which the tenderer has carried out in the last three (3) years, together with information on the contract value, delivery date or period of execution, and information on the recipient.

Tenderers must describe the technical personnel and technical units that the tenderer has available for the contract, including personnel or units that are responsible for quality control.
Tenderers must submit a description of technical facilities at the tenderer's disposal as well as the tenderer's quality assurance measures.
Tenderers must present a description of the tenderer's environmental management measures.
A description must also be provided of the tools, material and technical equipment that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfilment of the contract.
Furthermore, tenderers must describe their management of the supplier chain.
Tenderers must also state the proportion of the contract that the tenderer is considering to sub-contract out.

Tenderers must substantiate good skills, efficiency, experience, and reliability, as well as sufficient human and technical resources for the execution of this type of assignment, i.e., workshop services for alterations, repairs, and/or maintenance of vessels (ships). Tenderers are required to have good technical and professional qualification to be able to fulfil the assignment.
