AS Vinmonopolet

Vinmonopolet (the Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly) wants to carry out qualification of tenderers who may be interested in submitting offers and deliver Christmas presents to Vinmonopolet's employees. The aim is to enter into a contract for Christmas 2021 with an equivalent option for Christmas 2022, 2023 and 2024.
All interested suppliers must first apply for pre-qualification (step 1) in order to be able to participate in the main competition in order to submit offers to Vinmonopolet (stage 2). Among the participants who are qualified and assessed in relation to the selection criteria in stage 1, a minimum of five participants will be selected and invited to submit tenders in stage 2, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable registered participants.

The employees must be able to select a gift from a limited selection in a predetermined digital catalogue within the categories of house, home, leisure, exercise and well-being.

The price that Vinmonopolet will pay per employee must be a maximum of NOK 800 (2021). The amount must include VAT and all other costs such as administration costs, packaging, freight and customs, etc.

Vinmonopolet currently has approx. 340 shops spread across the entire country and altogether approx. 2 000 with permanent employees. There may be an adjustment in relation to the number of gifts. The gifts must be delivered to Vinmonopolet’s shops and chain offices as well as to some private addresses.
