The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority´s need for an analysis tool for procurements. The tool will assist the contracting authority in getting a good overview of its procurements in different categories, contracts, and to assist in identifying the largest suppliers in each category, etc. Furthermore, the tool must support the contracting authority in achieving cost savings through realising gains and general better control of its procurements.
