Innkjøpssamarbeidet på Haugalandet hereafter called the Contracting Authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of water and sewage/HVAC and sanitation material for Bokn, Etne, Haugesund, Karmøy, Sveio, Tysvær, Vindafjord, and Utsira Municipalities. Karmøy Municipality is responsible for the work on the contract, and represents the Contracting Authority in this matter.
