Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune invites tenderers to a contest for a framework agreement for the delivery of office supplies and school materials for our entities.
The contest is divided into 2 parts:
--Lot 1: Office supplies and school materials, etc.
--Lot 2: Toners and ink, including a system for automatic ordering.
Framework agreements will be signed with up to 2 tenderers.
See the minimum requirements and criteria (award criteria) for each sub-delivery, for further information of the requirements and specifications.
Tenderers must state in the tender letter and in the Mercell system, which part(s) the tender is submitted for.
If a tenderer, in the tender letter, verifies that he will submit tenders for several sub-deliveries, the tenderer must also submit tenders for each sub-delivery in the Mercell system, as well as upload the complete tender documents.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience from similar assignments:
Tenderers must have experience from a minimum of 2 relevant assignments. Documentation: Tenderers must state and briefly describe the most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years by completing annex 4, reference form. Relevant deliveries means deliveries of an equivalent contract value and with the equivalent number of delivery places as this contest, to the private or public sector. It is the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance through the description.

Environmental management system:
Systems and procedures are required that ensure low environmental impact when performing the delivery. Documentation requirement: Copy of a certificate for an environmental management system, in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn, etc. Alternatively documentation can be submitted of the tenderer's own environmental management system of equivalent quality.
