The supply of water-borne heating (ready heating).
Our tenant, UiT The Arctic University of Norway/contract party, will take out a subscription and be a party in the contract for the delivery of water-borne heating (ready heating) with the tenderer. The contract period will be 5 years, with an option for a further 5 + 5 + 5 years. The contract length and provisions in the contract on termination of the contract can be subject to negotiations.

Our tenant, UiT The Arctic University of Norway/contract party, will take out a subscription and be a party in the contract for the delivery of water-borne heating (ready heating) with the tenderer. The contract period will be 5 years, with an option for a further 5 + 5 + 5 years. The contract length and provisions in the contract on termination of the contract can be subject to negotiations.

Water-borne heating (ready heating) is to be delivered to the property.
The property's heating is based on a 90/70 system.
The set temperature on the electric boilers are controlled manually (65-90 degrees C).
The boiler room has already been prepared for district heating connections (there are connection points).
Heated area: 16 000 m
The ready heating in this delivery will cover the same need as the current electric boiler:
— water-borne heating in the building;
— heating tap water;
— warm ventilation;
— the current electric boiler has an average annual consumption of 980 000 kWh a year and has an output of 625 kW. The average calculation is based on consumption in the last 4 years.
Varighet: 240 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation: company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively Startbank-ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover seen in relation to the contract value can be emphasised.
Documentation: the Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparable value to this project.
Documentation:
A description shall be provided of approx.: a description must be provided of approx. one A4 page per project for up to 5 reference projects in the last 5 years with a comparative value, with information on amongst other things:
• the project name;
• the contracting authority;
• the project's size and delivered kWh/annum;
• the project's contract value excluding VAT;
• type of systems, boilers and fuel, pipelines.
Start-up date and completion date (year).
