Statsbygg (the Directorate of Public Construction and Property) needs assistant project directors. These will work closely with the Project Director, be her deputy and lead the work with project development, planning, engineering design, construction, completion and handover in a cost-efficient manner within defined time and quality goals. An important part of the assignment is general strategic management and control of the project, in addition to further developing and leading the total project organisation with the right competence and capacity. The project will be carried out within a limit of NOK 11 626 000 000, and will be managed with design to cost focus, and ensure the development of good methods for implementation of the project with these limits and facilitating good management will be an important part of the assisting project director's assignment. Offered resources must have good experience with public construction projects, experience with construction projects in all phases and have a central role in previous billion kroner projects.

Varighet: 12 måneder

The contract will be valid until the end of 2023 with the opportunity to extend for one year at a time or until the project completion.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property retains the right to cancel the contract with three months warning. The tenderer can cancel he contract with six months warning.
