The contracting authority shall carry out numerous inspections of structures on county roads in Møre og Romsdal, and there is a need for the use of a bridge hoist with crew for inspection at heights and under bridge decks.
The contracting authority requests tenders for the hire of a bridge hoist with crew for the main inspection of bridges in Møre og Romsdal.
The contract's extent:
The number of structures subject to inspection in the period 2021-2024 is:
• 27 structures in 2021;
• 74 structures in 2022;
• 35 structures in 2023;
• 25 structures in 2024.
A list of structures in Møre og Romsdal with a planned need to use a bridge hoist in connection with main inspections is attached to the tender documentation as Appendix 5 (list of bridges). The list of bridges is not exhaustive, and the tenderer must expect changes regarding the scope of objects to be inspected.
The service shall be carried out in the period from the contract is signed until 31 December 2024. The total contract period is 4 years.

The contracting authority uses electronic procurement processes via the system provider Mercell (www.mercell.no). Amongst other things, tenders must be submitted electronically by the stated tender deadline.

Tenderers are responsible for submitting tenders by the tender deadline.

It is therefore recommended that the tender is submitted well in advance of the deadline, e.g. at least 1 hour before the tender deadline expires.
