The contest is for the delivery of corona testing and medical follow-up.
The contracting authority would like to have a tenderer that is responsible for the coordination, operation, and implementation of corona testing and medical follow-up.
The monthly value of the contract is approx. NOK 10 000 000 excluding VAT. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority envisages that the need will decrease in the future when sufficient vaccinations have been given nationally and internationally. The level of activity and the number of assignments, including the number of tests that the tenderer must carry out will vary according to the current need at any one time that is necessary to control the Covid-19 epidemic.
Point IV.1.1 in the notice is incorrect. The correct procedure is an open tender contest.

Lots/groups
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the contract, but has decided that this is not suitable for this procurement out of consideration to an efficient use of resources.

Contract
The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.
The contract will be valid from 1 July 2021 until the end of September, and extended for 1 month at a time on the same terms until the contract is terminated. The contract has a mutual notice period of 1 month.
In addition, the chosen tenderer must sign the attached data processor contract.
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 (one) tenderer.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
