As part of the reorganisation project ‘Omstilling 2020’, the County Council decided in case ‘T-68/20 organisasjonsstrategi for Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune’ (‘organisational strategy for Møre og Romsday County’). The strategy, among other things, defines the principle of how we should work and learn together. Digitisation and the development of new work methods are a vital part of the strategy. Møre og Romsdal County has launched Microsoft 365 (MS 365) as a common collaboration platform in the entire organisation. This applies not only to internal interaction between employees, but also in interaction with external parties. MS 365, with focus on Teams and OneDrive, is as mentioned the organisation's joint system for document interaction. Teams is also used as on-line video meetings. MS 365 is also considered as a communication platform for chat, telephony and video as a replacement for current Cisco Jabber system.
