The framework agreements will cover work concerning general operation and maintenance of the municipality's buildings. The buildings consist primarily of:
— schools,
— nursery schools,
— nursing homes,
— municipal housing,
— cultural buildings, sports buildings,
— administration buildings,
— other buildings/installations.
The framework agreements will cover work concerning general operation and maintenance, as well as minor reconstruction of the existing purpose-built buildings and municipal dwellings, within heavy current and other electrical work. ‘Other electrical work’ meaning emergency lighting, lighting control, sun screening, bell-systems, etc. Systems that require special competence with licenses, are not included in this agreement.

The contracts will also include internal inspection of electrical installations and expert inspection of emergency lighting installations and fire hatches, where the contracting authority does not execute this with their own personnel.
The volume of the service for the municipalities will vary from year to year. The estimated extent in the tender documentation is non-binding for the contracting authority, nor does it give any rights to the tenderer. It is meant as an indication of the contract´s size and extent and it will be the municipality´s real need that will always determine what will be spent during the contract period.

During the contract period adjustments in service and product range must be able to be made as needed. It must also be taken into account that there may be changes and expansion in the number of delivery locations and delivery frequency, for example by reorganisation, relocation, merging of municipalities, more/fewer municipalities in the procurement cooperation, etc.

Any new delivery addresses during the contract period will be incorporated into the contract on the same terms as other delivery locations without additional compensation.
For larger assignments or projects, with a value over NOK 100 000, the framework agreement can be used, but the contracting authority retains the right go out again and obtain its own tenders in these circumstances.
In the event of special professional considerations/requirements/needs, the contracting authority will consider conducting contests outside the framework agreements.
Varighet: 24 måneder
