A contract will be signed for management services for green management of the property Eidsvoll 1814.
The main building, the two side buildings, and the park are listed in accordance with the Cultural Memorial Act. Some park and landscape areas outside the listed area are also included in the assignment. The total area included in the contract is approx. 32 decares.

The aim of the contract is to ensure maintenance and follow-up of Statsbygg's properties, so that the condition of the buildings and properties does not deteriorate and values are maintained.
The contract includes tree management as daywork remunerated by the offered hourly rates for the hours worked. If this competence is provided by a subcontractor, the tenderer shall have the coordination responsibility for the tree management.
In some cases there can be a need for other additional work that will be remunerated in accordance with the rates for daywork specified in the tender form.
Varighet: 48 måneder

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation: company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Documentation: the Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers (the Company) are required to have personnel with master certificates in site gardening.
Documentation: documentation must be submitted confirming that the Company has personnel with master certificates in-site gardening.
2) Tenderers are required to have considerable experience with the care of cultural historical green areas with a transferable value to the Eidsvoll Building.
Documentation: a description must be submitted of up to five reference projects in the last 3 years with comparative value, with information on, amongst other things:
— the project name;
— contracting authority;
— description of the care provided;
— a description of the site, its historical value and size;
— date of execution;
— how the reference project has a transferable value for this assignment.
Documentation of relevant services that the tenderer has carried out more than 3 years ago will also be taken in consideration.
3) Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience with ecological operational principles for the management of green areas with a transferable value to the Eidsvoll park.
Documentation: a description must be submitted of up to three reference projects in the last 3 years with comparative value, with information on, amongst other things:
