Larvik kommune

Larvik kommune (Larvik Municipality) will enter into a contract for leasing of tablets. Larvik kommune (Larvik Municipality) currently has approx. 5 500 iPad tablets. Therefore the contract will be for leasing of iPads. The contract will primarily include:
— residual value of tablets (iPads);
— leasing financing;
— management system;
— relinquishment procedure.
The contract must also be able to include the procurement of the actual iPads, but the municipality plans to procured these on a separate contract from 1 January 2022.
The contract basically concerns schools, but other municipal entities/departments can join the contract.
It is planned to order 3 000 new iPads before summer.
