The sports hall will be established as a stand-alone building. One should not carry out works on the existing lower secondary school other than that the outdoor areas will be common and that there will be upgrades for new joint use. New buildings will have an independent architectural expression, but an attempt will be made to adapt the volume and material use to the existing school and to other buildings in the area.

This contest concerns a turnkey contract for a new building with a total GFA of 2 225 m
The turnkey contract includes erection of a complete functional and user-ready building. The executing turnkey contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the contract includes all the necessary work for the planning, engineering design and execution.

The budgeted contract cost totals NOK 57 million including VAT.
The scope of the contract work includes all works for all disciplines in connection with engineering design and construction based on and in accordance with the tender documentation and NS8407:2011 General contract provisions for turnkey contracts.
The project is planned with start-up engineering as soon as possible after contract signing, excavation start in September 2021 and completed building in August 2022.

The tenderer must for each of the last two entire financial years (2018 and 2019) have a documented own turnover of min. NOK 60 million, excluding VAT per year.
Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation: A copy of the Annual Financial Statement and Auditor's Report for respectively the last two years must be enclosed, and any newer information of significance to the tenderer's accounting figures.
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating from Creditsafe.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet: The tenderer must have experience from comparable assignments.

Description of the tenderer's up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 5 years. The list must include a statement of the deliveries´ value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address).
