One air-controlled feeding installation for the Institute of Marine Research's land facility at the research station in Matre. The feeding installation will be used at the outdoor department by testing hall 5. The outdoor department consists of a total of 15 tubs (5 tubs Ø 8 m., 8 tubs Ø 7m. and 2 tubs Ø 5 m.).

Two feeding installations with water transport are to be delivered. The contracting authority's sea facility at Solheim/Knappen is a NorMær steel facility with 10 12 x 12 cages. The length from the intended placement of buffer tanks to the end of the sea facility is approx. 130 m. The contracting authority's sea facility in Smørdalen is a NorMær steel facility with 9 12 x 12 cages and 2 20 x 20 cages. The length from the intended placement of buffer tanks to the end of the sea facility is approx. 370 m. The installations will have 10 and 11 feeding lines respectively, each with its own buffer tank. Each buffer tank will be on a load cell. There must be a screw for dosing feed from the buffer tank up to the sluice valve that puts the feed into the flowing water.

1. 5 year service contract (that applies after the guarantee period of 2 years) for the air-controlled feeding installation.

2. Camera monitoring for the air-controlled feeding installation.

3. Option to expand the air-controlled feeding installation with extra hose connections.

4. 5 year service contract (that applies after the guarantee period of 2 years) for both the feeding installations with water transport.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register, or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate. Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation (company registration certificate/proof) must be attached for the company and possibly the parent company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient financial and economic capacity to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers must attach a credit assessment based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to carry out this service.

Tenderers can comment on the assessment.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a separate credit rating for a tenderer.

Tenderers must present bank statement(s) that confirm that a bank guarantee can be provided as security for any advance payments from the contracting authority if a contract is awarded. Information must be provided on which bank(s) will issue the above-mentioned bank guarantees if required; the name and address of the bank(s), as well as a contact person with accompanying contact information - telephone number, email address, etc., - must be given.

In cases where the tenderer is a subsidiary company, a parent company guarantee must be provided, which explicitly states that the parent company guarantees the subsidiary company's fulfilment of their obligations under the contract in the event of financial difficulties/fulfilment difficulties at the subsidiary company.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from similar deliveries. An overview must be provided of the most important deliveries of goods or services that the tenderer has carried out in the last three years, together with information on the contract´s value, delivery or execution date, and the name of the recipient.

Tenderers must have suitable equipment and locations available for the development and testing of the product. A description must be provided of the technical personnel or technical units, particularly those who are responsible for quality control, that the tenderer has at disposal for fulfilment of the contract.

A description must be provided of technical facilities and inspection and research facilities that the tenderer has at their disposal, and the tenderer’s quality assurance measures.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:

The Institute of Marine Research has strict safety requirements and must be able to inspect the work underway, and possibly stop dangerous work or work that is not in accordance with the laws/regulations, without this leading to increased costs for the Institute of Marine Research.

The installations will be assembled and tested in all the locations. There will be take-over proceedings for both the air-controlled feeding installation and the feeding installations with water transport. The delivery will be approved by the take-over proceedings being signed by both the contracting authority and the tenderer. Before the feeding installations at Knappen/Solheim and in Smørdalen are approved, the tenderer must document that the degree of dust and crushed feed does not exceed 2% whilst being transported through the facility.

The contract will include a requirement concerning wages and work conditions, documentation and sanctions in accordance with the Wages and Working Conditions Regulation dated 8 February 2008 no. 112.
