Oslo kommune Utdanningsetaten [Oslo Municipality Education Agency] invites tenderers to participate in a contest with negotiations for a new sixth form school with a professional health and adolescence academic profile with school collaboration with health actors.
The contracting authority wants to either purchase a school site where the municipality will build a school facility, or enter into a long-term lease of school facilities. The contest is open to both private and municipal implementation of the school facility. Regardless of whether the school facility is established in municipal auspice or leased from a private tenderer, it is a prerequisite that a long-term and binding contract is established for school based collaboration with a health actor who delivers secondary health services, for example such as emergency department, wards, etc.

Oslo Municipality c/o the Education Agency, hereafter called the contracting authority/the Education Agency/UDE, invites tenderers to participate in a limited tender contest with negotiations for a new sixth form college with health and adolescence academic profile with school-based collaboration with health actors.

The contracting authority wants to either purchase a school site where the municipality will build a school facility, or enter into a long-term lease of school facilities. The contest therefore allows for both private and municipal implementation of the school facility. Regardless of whether the school facility is established in municipal auspice or leased from a private tenderer, it is a prerequisite that a long-term and binding contract is established for school-based collaboration with a health actor who delivers secondary health services, for example such as emergency department, wards, etc. The school-based collaboration will contribute to strengthening the professional environment at the school, increase the breadth of the education offer and give more value to all of the school students (regardless of field of study) and to the school employees. The collaboration agreement can be entered into with either one health actor or multiple health actors in a cluster, for example, university college, hospital, nursing home, sheltered accommodation flats and nursery schools.
