Sub-area 1:
Mainly consulting service this is a framework agreement for consultancy service regarding development, operation and further development of facilities at Fornebu, those planned in Sandvika and possibly elsewhere in Bærum municipality. We also request options for the following administration system:
Sub-area 2:
Mainly administration, operation, maintenance, service and development (Norwegian: FDVSU). This involves the operation of the current plant and future pipelines and disposal chute groups added during the contract period. Tenders are also wanted for a new management system and an upgrade to level sensors on the chutes.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The economic and financial standing must be documented by the following information:
(a) the most recent annual accounts;
(b) the most recent annual report and the auditor's report unless the tenderer chose not to submit these;
(c) any new information of importance;
(d) solidity assessment from a company with permission to run a credit information company. The evaluation must not be older than 3 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. It must be based on the last approved accounting figures and should report on the credit worthiness and degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction).
