Due to the infection protection a limitation of maximum 2 representatives from each tenderer are invited to participate in the inspection. Agder prison with wards in both Mandal and Froland was completed and in operation summer / autumn 2020. The Mandal prison ward has capacity for 100 prisoners. The Froland prison ward has capacity for 200 prisoners. After commissioning, an additional permit was granted for the installation of solar cell systems at both prisons.

The call for tenders is associated with solar cell systems located on the roof of ‘Building 5 — Warehouse/Workshop’ in both prisons. As an option, tenders are also requested for similar facilities located on the roof of ‘Building 2 — the Reception building’ in Mandal and in Froland, respectively.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Complete financial statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.

If a tenderer/tenderers that will carry out the engineering design services are not the same as those who carried out the engineering design services in the reference projects in point 1, the engineering design company/companies that will carry out the engineering design services, must present documentation for up to 3 reference projects with a comparative value, containing information stated in point 1 above.
