There will be an inspection for tenderers at the Norwegian Fire School, Tjeldsund Municipality, as well as an information meeting onTeams. Due to the Corona situation, prior enrolment is required. Statsbygg will carry out a site inspection with smaller groups. The date and time for each group will be announced via the Mercell portal. It is planned to carry out the site inspections in week 14. In order to participate in the information meeting and/or site inspection, tenderers must register by providing the company, name and email address for all participants in the Mercell portal by 23 March 2021. Tenderers must state whether a site inspection is relevant. An information meeting will be held on Teams for tenderers on 26 March 2021, 9.00 — 12.00. Information meeting will be held simultaneously for both of the enterprise contracts (K201 and K701).

Tenders for a turnkey contract.
Statsbygg (the Directorate of Public Construction and Property) has been tasked by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security with establishing a new vocational school for the education of fire and rescue personnel. The new vocational college will be established at the existing Norwegian Fire School at Fjelldal in Tjeldsund Municipality.

The contract includes erection of a new fire station of approx. 2 500 m
The project has a divided implementation model where the fire station and teaching and canteen buildings will be announced as a turnkey contract (this contract) while other minor new construction, outdoor works and infrastructure will be announced as a general contract. Automation and field equipment are purchased through Statsbygg’s framework agreement and transferred to each of the contracts.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments of comparable value.
A completed ‘Form for Qualification Requirements, reference projects’ will be delivered (attached tender invitation) with up to three reference projects from the last 5 years with transfer value. The completed form must have a minimum content of the following information and be a maximum of two A3 pages in total.
