Name: UiO KHM Viking Age Museum

Tenders for:

Consulting engineer for roads with relevant sub-consultants for engineering design of transport areas (the street project) in connection with the project.

The Ministry of Education and Research has tasked the Directorate of Public Construction and Property with designing and implementing.

The work with realisation of the new Viking Age Museum at Bygdøy. The current museum at Bygdøy does not meet the requirements for how the collection from the Viking age should be kept. The project concerns a new building, rehabilitation of the existing Viking ship house, outdoor facilities, own project for securing the Viking ships and associated objects, and a user-equipment project.

The adopted zoning plan makes it necessary to develop and upgrade public transport areas in the area, and a development contract has been drawn up between the Directorate of Public Construction and Property and Oslo Municipality for these works. The works are included in the outdoor project. The assignment includes development of the construction schedule, description of cost calculations and working drawings. The assignment for consultant roads will include necessary sub-consultants (traffic, electrical, lighting, etc.). The need will be clarified with the directorate of public construction and property after commencement.

Varighet: 24 måneder

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments of comparable value.

A description must be provided of approx. 1 A4 page per project of up to 3 reference projects in the last 3 years with a comparative value, with information on amongst other things:

• the project name;

• contracting authority;

• the project'scope and cost;

• type of transport facility;

• the assignment's contract value excluding VAT;

• the company's assignments/role in the project;

• the start-up date and completion date (year)/if not completed — what stage the project is in.

In what phases the assignment was carried out.

Tenderers are required to have secure implementation ability (capacity).

Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided into job categories.
