Project management:

There will be variations in the work that can be relevant under this framework agreement. Some assignments can be short limited assignments, but others can be of a longer duration. We are looking for operative project managers for all phases in a construction project. Some assignments with independent project management in the early phase or in the construction phase can run over several years. Some assignments will require assistance for REG's other project management.

REG is looking for operative construction managers for the execution phase of construction projects. The construction manager will report to the internal project manager or the hired project management.

Requirement:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

• Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate;

• Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade register or company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

• tenderers must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

Documentation requirement:

• the company's last annual financial statements including notes, the board's annual report and audit report, as well as recent information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers;

• the contracting authority retains the right to obtain a credit rating from Bisnode Credit, which will be used as a basis in the evaluation.

If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, (for example a newly started business), the tenderer can document their economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

• tenderers must have good experience from corresponding deliveries of an equivalent scope.

Documentation requirement:

• an overview of the primary deliveries relevant to the contract that the supplier has performed in the last 3 years, including the contract value, delivery date and name of the recipient.

• tenderers must have good implementation ability

• a statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administration in the last 3 years.

• tenderers must have a good and well-functioning management system for quality and the environmental.

• description of environmental management measures and quality assurance measures. Tenderers can document that the requirement is fulfilled by presenting a copy of relevant environment certificates/environmental standards, such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn (Eco-lighthouse), or equivalent, or by the tenderer attaching a description of the company´s own system and routines.
