Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The provider must have a licence for operating an insurance company in Norway, either through a licence from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway or through an equivalent licence from the country of origin. Border crossing activity must be registered at the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway Agent companies must be registered in the producer's agent register and documented in accordance with the ‘Insurance Arrangements Act’.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

An overview and brief description of the qualification requirements:

Information and documentation necessary for evaluating the compliance with requirements:

1) the tenderer’s last year annual report, as well as recent information with relevance to the tenderer’s accounting figures;

2) presentation of the company's annual financial statement or extracts thereof;

3) statement of the company's turnover in recent years, with relevance to this contract;

4) other: documentation: credit appraisal/rating not older than 3 months (from the deadline for receipt of tenders).

The appraisal/rating shall be based on the most recent known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The rating shall include a definition of the classification that the credit rating institution uses.

If for valid reasons the service provider is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the contracting authority, the service provider may prove the economical and financial standing with any other document that the contracting authority is able to accept.

If necessary the contracting authority will request supplementary information - cf. the Public Procurement Regulations §2-4.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy:

— Lindorff V 3 or better/;

— Experian - 30 or better/671 or better;

— D&B/Soliditet - A or better.

Competence in the field and relevant experience are required

Information and documentation necessary to evaluate if the requirements are met.

1) staffing for this assignment (organisation chart) with names and CVs for key persons who shall carry out the assignment;

2) the tenderer's most important deliveries in the last 3 years, including their values, time and recipients.
