The work-related rehabilitation shall strengthen the individual's work ability and contribute to mastering health-related and social problems that prevent participation in the working life. The aim of the measure is that participants will get or remain in ordinary work. See the requirement specifications in the tender documentation, Part III, annex 1 for further specifications of the requirements.

The intention is to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier who will cover the need for individual labour market places for:
Sogn: including the municipalities of Sogndal, Vik, Luster, Årdal, Lærdal and Aurland;
Sunnfjord: including the municipalities of Sunnfjord, Kinn, Høyanger, Hyllestad, Fjaler and Askvoll;
Nordfjord: including the municipalities of: Stryn, Stad, Gloppen and Bremanger.
The required delivery locations are: central in Sogndal in Sogndal Municipality, central in Førde i Sunnfjord Municipailty and central in Eid in Stad Municipality (three delivery locations).
All service locations must be situated in the central areas in relation to public transport.
The anticipated need is 15-20 parallel labour market initiative places at any given time for the entire contract area.
The anticipated need for Sogn is approx. four to five parallel labour market initiative places at any given time.
The anticipated need for the service area is approx. 7-10 parallel labour market Initiative places at any given time.
The anticipated need is approx. four to five parallel labour market initiative places at any given time.
Note that this is only an estimate and is not representing any obligations for NAV. NAV cannot guarantee full use of the places.
The utilisation of the initiative and thereby the value of the contract, will depend on several changeable factors, including the users’ requirements, allocation of necessary capital for implementation, the priorities of the counties and other framework conditions. The NAV county is free to control the use of initiatives based on requirements and available financial frames for each of the different counties.

The maximum value of the procurement for the maximum contract period of 4 years is estimated to be up to NOK 15 million.
Note that this is an estimate, only and is not binding for NAV. The contract value can be higher but will most likely be lower than the estimated maximum value.
