— a 5-year operating contract with an option for further 5 years extension.
The boat is expected to be in operation for the entire company's area of responsibility. This includes port facilities and so forth for/in Bergen, Askøy, Austrheim, Fedje, Fjell, Lindås, Meland, Os, Radøy, Sund and Øygarden. This includes trade area 4.

The boat must be an essential part of the port authority's operations and maintenance of ports and docks of all sizes and includes many different assignments. This includes i.a. removal of different flotsam in the fairway and vessels that must be towed to other quays.

Extensions only apply to the maintenance agreement and can be extended after 5 years for up to 5 more years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation:
Norwegian companies: company registration certificate;
Foreign companies: verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: the tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
Documentation: a credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: the tenderer must have experience from comparable assignments. This means previous deliveries of work boats or vessels that are comparable in regard to size, complexity and area of application.
Documentation: a description of the tenderer's up to 3 most relevant assignments in the last 5 years. The description must include a statement of the contract's value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and email address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.

Requirement: the tenderer shall have satisfactory quality assurance procedures.
Documentation: a description of the tenderer's quality assurance methods. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, this will be seen as sufficient. A copy of a valid certificate must in such case be enclosed.
Requirement: tenderers must have procedures and systems which ensure a low environmental impact during execution of the service.
Documentation: a short description shall be given of the existing routines that verify that the environmental management standard requirements are fulfilled. If a tenderer is certified by a third party in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or an equivalent third party verified standard, this will be seen as sufficient. A copy of a valid certificate must in such case be enclosed.
