When submitting the tenders, the tenderer can enclose a credit rating from a certified credit rating agency verifying that the tenderer complies with the requirement. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to present the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove the economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
