The aim of the procurement is to cover the need for winter operations on municipal roads and spaces in Vågå Kommune [Vågå Municipality] in the period from 15 October 2020 until and including 15 April 2025. The winter operation consists of standby, snow clearing, shovelling, snow and ice-clearing, gritting and placement of sticks to mark the edge of the road for snow-clearing.
For further information about the procurement content refer to Part 2 Annex 1, the contracting authority's instructions with annex showing route maps and Annex 4A Price Form for information about i.a. road-lengths in kilometres.
A fixed price contract will be signed, including complete works for winter operation per year (season) for the following areas (See Annex 1 Appendix 1 — 1 to and including Appendix 1 — 8 and Annex 4A Price Form:
1) Storrviksroa/Bruvegen,
2) Tessanden/Neslykkjevegen,
3) Synslivegen,
4) Rinhovdavegen,
5) Skjervesida,
6) Botnevegen/Brennslettvegen/Slådalsvegen,
7) Vågåmo,

The contract can be extended for up to 1 year + 1 year + 1 year, so that the maximum duration is until and including 15 April 2025.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate. Certificates not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. The certificate can be obtained electronically from Altinn. For further information, see Skatteetaten.no

For foreign tenderers: foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from the country of origin, that substantiate that payment of taxes and duties is in order.
