Justification for cancellation § 10-4. Cancellation of the competition (1) The contracting authority can cancel the competition with immediate effect if there is a justifiable cause. There has been communication from the market that the combinations in the requirement specification are not possible, they do not exist in the market. We will further investigate this and change the requirement specification. Therefore we must cancel the competition and publish it anew.
