— Agder prison — Froland department,
Note that Agder Prison, the Froland department, is a new building. For Agder prison, the Froland department, a rail system for the compactor shall be procured and installed.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate: foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have good financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity and experience from assignments with a transferable value to this project.
List of relevant reference assignments in the last 3 years with a transferable value, including information on, amongst other things:

— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT.
