The Vygroup AS shall, for the their Norwegian person train business area, purchase bus services with the intention to replacing trains by bus in connection with track breaks and operational deviations. This applies to the stretches Vy is responsible for operating at all times.
Parallel framework agreements will be established with a number of suppliers to ensure sufficient capacity. The purpose of the agreement is to secure the customer bus transport in connection with the deviations. This should occur to the least possible disadvantage for passengers and staff and that the driving assignments be performed in a cost-effective manner.
