VOIS — Vestfold Offentlige Innkjøpssamarbeid

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for fresh berries, fruits and vegetables.
The value of the agreement for 2019 was approx. NOK 16.7 million for all participants. The given scope are estimates based on some statistics and information from current suppliers. The stated estimates are not guaranteed.
If any of the participants in the procurement collaboration separates parts of their operation to separate legal subjects during the contract period, they shall have an option to enter the contract within a reasonable time on the original terms. Any separation can reduce the extent of the delivery.
Changes to the contracting authorities' procurement patterns must be included in the framework agreement on the same terms as the original contract.
All participating municipalities are obliged to undertake purchases with the tender with whom the framework agreement is entered into, and the selected tenderer is, after orders are placed by the individual organisations, obliged to deliver in accordance with terms in the framework agreement.
