Equity ratio of greater than or equal to 10 %.
If the total equity ratio is less than NOK 100 000, the solvency is regardless considered to be weak.
Liquidity ratio great than or equal to 1.

Tenderers must ensure that the business carrying out the electrical installation works is registered in the Norwegian Electrical Company Register before the works begin, so that declaration of conformity can be issued in accordance with the applicable regulations.
