Ventilation and Cooling Services for Akershus University Hospital Trust, New

The contracting authority would like tenders for ventilation and cooling services for all of Akershus University Hospital’s locations.
Tenderers must be able to deliver all ventilation and technical cooling services, including automation for typical extensions, renovations and service of buildings. There can also be disassembly and demolition of these types of installations.
The objective of the procurement:
— responsible executor (UTF) for ventilation services and cooling services;
— engineering design services for minor operation and maintenance work.
Tenderers must provide services in accordance with the description attached to the tender documentation. See Annex 2 ‘Description’ and Annex 3 ‘Price sheet’ for further details.
If a tenderer cannot provide services at all the locations himself, we recommend using subsuppliers to fulfil all the points in the notice.
