Indre Fosen municipality shall construct a new nursery school in Vanvikan. There is at present an ongoing design contest for architects. The architect and the consultant shall participate in a partnering phase during autumn 2020. A foundation shall be established for a general contract that is to be subject to a call for tenders during spring 2021. The consultants must follow the contracting authority throughout the entire process until the building is handed over.
