The delivery scope consists of the actual main delivery, as well as options.

The delivery scope is 2 working boats with an engine, maximum length 7,99 m. The boats must be suitable for diving, with adaptations of equipment based on the contracting authority's specifications.

The delivery includes 2 trailers for transporting the boats on public roads by a normal passenger car. The trailer must be adapted to the boat, so that the boat and trailer function together as 1 system. Boat the boat and trailer must have all the required approvals/certificates and they must comply with the relevant public laws and rules.

The delivery scope includes documentation for operation and maintenance, as well as service parts for planned maintenance.

Options for corrective maintenance and training.

Requirement:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation:

Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate;

Foreign companies: confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to implement the delivery, including satisfactory profit ratio, liquidity ratio and equity ratio.

Documentation:

A credit assessment from a certified credit rating agency based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating must not be older than 3 months.

The tenderer's annual financial statements (including notes with the board's and auditor's reports) from the last 2 years.

If the annual accounts for the last year are not finished before the tender deadline expires for this competition, the preliminary annual accounts for the last year shall also be attached.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

Tenderers must have experience from similar deliveries, including the delivery of boats that were manufactured and used for diving.

Documentation: description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years.

The description must include a statement of:

— a brief description of the assignment,

— the contracting authority,

— contact person (name, telephone number and email address),

— the value of the assignment,

— dates,

— example of relevant declaration of conformity.

It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.

Requirement: tenderers must have a satisfactory and well-functioning management system for quality.

Documentation: a description of the tenderer's management system for quality, with relevance for this contract. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent third party standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.

Requirement: tenderers must have a satisfactory and well-functioning management system to ensure the lowest possible environmental impact from the execution of the contract.

Documentation: a brief description of environment management measures that have been implemented in the company. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent third party standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
