The procurement concerns a turnkey contract for the erection of the new Ulsteinvik barneskule [Ulsteinvik Primary School]. Through this project, Ullstein Eigedomsselskap KF wants to build a new Ulsteinvik Primary School, 1-3 class next to the existing primary school. The new building is designed as an angle building in the second storey, with the possibility for a later third storey, the total area is 2 430 m. In addition, an external play area of approx. 450 m will be built/developed. It is designed for universal design both inside and outside and is suitable for the utilisation of the property in a good manner so that one can achieve the desired functions. Construction will take place within municipal property zoned for the purpose and in-line with requirements stated in the attached requirement specification and descriptions.

(i) Requirement: the tenderer must have experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation requirement:
Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments during the last 5 years. The description must include information about the company's role, contract value, dates and recipient (name, telephone and email) of the assignment, a brief description of the delivery. Part 1 Appendix 5 must be used.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
(i) The contract will contain requirements concerning wages and working conditions, documentation of sanctions in accordance with regulations about wages and working conditions of 8 February 2008 No 112.
(ii) The contract will include requirements concerning the tenderer or any of the tenderer's subcontractors will be connected to an apprenticeship scheme and that one or more teachers will take part in the implementation of the contract work.
(iii) The contract will contain a requirement that the tenderer can have a maximum of two (2) subcontractors in the chain below them.
