Sirkula IKS needs to enter into a framework agreement for transport and disposal of plaster. Sirkula receives plaster from private households at 5 recycling stations. The stations are located in Moelv, Brumunddal, Hamar, Stange and Heggvin. Plaster waste is also delivered by business customers to Heggvin waste treatment plant. Sirkula shall transport the plaster from the recycling stations to Heggvin waste treatment plant.
The framework agreement includes the reception and transport of plaster from Heggvin waste treatment plant to the final reception and final treatment of the plaster.
