Holding 2 day courses in group management for employees at asylum reception centres so that they can function as group leaders during the implementation of Dialogue groups about violence.
To conduct one-day professional meetings for employees in asylum reception centres who have already been trained to be group leaders for dialogue groups.
Provide necessary guidance of group leaders, on request and by systematic follow-up, including simple fact-updating to the group leaders when new laws, action plans and the like are issued, which are relevant to the topics.
Report to UDI annually, by the 15
A factual update of the two written supervisors during the contract period.
