Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers shall have their tax and duty payments in order.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than six months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct such service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have good competence and experience regarding the delivery of tools and industrial consumables, in addition to sufficient capacity and implementation ability (capability).
The tenderer must have a chain of distributors that enables the purchase and the delivery ‘over the counter’ for standard assortment not more than 30 minutes from the Contracting Authority's locations (Mariero, Forus and Tronsholen).
