To better meet and ensure the requirements set and the employer is obligated to fulfil, as well as giving NMBU and employees a better overview of working hours, provide a good data basis, ensure standardization and efficiency, it has been decided to acquire a time registration system for all of NMBU.

About the contracting authority
The Norwegian University of Life Science NMBU has a special responsibility for providing research and education that shall ensure the basis of existence for future generations. We provide knowledge for life and sustainability is rooted in everything we do. NMBU has 1 700 employees and 5 200 students and is organised in seven faculties. NMBU currently has campuses at Ås and in Oslo. These two campuses shall be co-located from autumn 2020. NMBU also has a research centre in Sandnes.

The objective and scope of the contract:
The contest concerns the delivery of a time registration system for NMBU.
The value of the procurement is anticipated to be approx. NOK 3 million excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is non binding for the contracting authority.
Varighet: 24 måneder
