IKT Nordhordland kommunalt oppgåvefellesskap

Vaksdal, Samnanger, Osterøy, Modalen, Fedje, Masfjorden, Gulen, Austrheim, Alver and Austevoll municipalities shall procure a new professional system for the social service in NAV. The municipalities in the project shall through this contract increase the accessibility of social services by giving the inhabitants access to automated digital services.

Modalen, Fedje, Masfjorden, Gulen and Austrheim municipalities have entered into a host municipal agreement where services to inhabitants from a NAV office is operated. Through the host municipal agreement NAV Fensfjorden was established. NAV Fensfjorden must have a joint professional system for the social service. Expenses and income related to the professional social system in Fensfjordem must be separable and budgeted according to the associated municipality.

The services are regulated in accordance with the Act relating to social services and accompanying regulations and directives

The contract must ensure a future-oriented professional social system for the municipalities in the cooperation, and to the greatest possible extent help to simplify / streamline the everyday life of everyone who uses the system.
