The Project ‘Inn på tunet‘ [‘In the yard’], Framework Agreement

The competition applies to services for the project ‘Inn på tunet’ [‘In the yard’] where the objective is to comply with the municipality's obligations to provide activities for our residents who are excluded from ordinary working life, in addition to the service for work activity for those of our users/patients who are in need of services particularly such as aftercare in the substance abuse treatment and psychiatry fields.
The service shall provide these ‘user groups’ options for work training/work related activities for improved mastering of and independency for own life.
The value of the contract is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value for health and social services during the entire contract period. For 2020, the contracting authority has been granted subsidies of approx. NOK 3 190 000, excluding VAT. The scope of the assignments has historically been varying. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the contract, but has decided that this is not suitable for this project.
Framework agreement.
The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.
The framework agreement will be valid from and including 16 September 2020 until and including 15 September 2022, with an option for the contracting authority for up to 2 years extension, 12 months at a time.
The contracting authority will sign a contract with one (1) tenderer.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
